Tyre Blowout Rescue — 24/7 Emergency Response

A tyre blowout is frightening, and it never happens somewhere convenient. Get the vehicle somewhere safe, switch on your hazards, and call us: a rescue van with a replacement tyre can be with you day or night, usually within 30–60 minutes.

Tyre Rescue van attending a sports car at the roadside with replacement tyres ready
  • Genuine 24/7 emergency tyre rescue, every day of the year
  • Replacement tyre brought to the roadside and fitted on the spot
  • Wheel and suspension visually checked after the blowout
  • Safer and usually faster than waiting for recovery to a garage
  • Card payment at the roadside — no cash needed

What to do when a tyre blows out

Grip the wheel firmly, ease off the accelerator and let the car slow gradually — avoid braking hard or swerving. Steer to the safest place you can reach: a lay-by, side street or the hard shoulder. Switch on hazard lights, and on fast roads get everyone out of the vehicle and behind a barrier if it is safe to do so.

Then call 07888 861557 or message us on WhatsApp with your location — a pin drop, road name or what3words all work. We will confirm the tyre we need from your reg and give you a realistic arrival time before we set off.

Why call a mobile fitter instead of recovery?

A recovery truck moves the problem; a Tyre Rescue van solves it. We arrive with the correct replacement tyre, fit and balance it at the roadside, check the wheel for impact damage and send you on your way — one call-out, no garage queue on the other end, and usually less waiting overall.

If the blowout has damaged more than the tyre — a cracked rim or bent suspension component — we will tell you straight away so you can arrange recovery safely rather than drive on a fault.

Avoiding the next blowout

Most blowouts start life as slow punctures, under-inflation or ageing sidewalls. Checking pressures monthly, keeping an eye out for bulges or perishing, and replacing tyres before they reach the legal minimum tread all dramatically cut the risk. Ask the fitter to look over your other tyres while we are with you — the check is free.

Tyre Blowout Rescue FAQs

In our core coverage area we aim for 30–60 minutes, 24 hours a day. We always give you an honest ETA when you call — if we cannot get to you quickly, we will say so.

We can attend vehicles in motorway services and on many A-roads and slip roads. On live motorway lanes and smart motorways, National Highways may require the vehicle to be recovered to a safe place first — call us and we will talk you through the options for where you are.

No. Driving on a destroyed tyre wrecks the wheel, can damage the suspension and body, and risks losing control. Stop as soon as it is safe and get the tyre replaced where the car stands.

We stock the most common sizes for night call-outs. If yours is unusual, we can often fit a safe temporary match to get you home and return with the correct tyre the next day — the fitter will always explain your options first.
