We confirm size and stock on the phone before booking. If it's an unusual size, we'll order it in and give you an honest timeframe rather than turn up and disappoint you.
No. If you go ahead, the callout is folded into the flat price you're quoted. You only pay a standalone callout if we come out and, for whatever reason, you decide not to proceed.
